Surveys let you collect information about your customers in easy-to-follow formats. As responses come in, you'll want to keep track of how they're performing and how people are interacting with them.

The Analyse tab in your Surveys gives you an overview of how viewers interact with your surveys and how successful they are. You can view your survey analytics in one of two ways:

Select the Analytics tab inside your Sites section and use the dropdown menu to select Surveys.

Select the Analytics option from the Surveys drop-down menu, which takes you straight to the Survey Results.

Once inside the tab, you'll find a few elements, so let's run through them.

Survey Selector

This dropdown menu lets you choose which results you want to see. Your surveys are listed by name so you can pick the one you need. By default, the system shows you an overview of all surveys at once.

Time Frame

To change the dates the graph covers, click this option.

A calendar will open for you to select new dates. Once you've highlighted them, click confirm to update the graph.

Total Views

This is the number of times a survey has been opened. It only counts one view per unique IP address.

Responses

This is the total number of submitted responses.

Average Time

This is the average time it takes users to fill out and submit the survey.

Completion rate

This percentage shows how many submissions your survey receives relative to how many times it's viewed.

Graph

The graph illustrates your results for the selected time frame. The view changes depending on which option and timeframe you select.

Survey Spread

This section at the bottom gives you additional insights. It works differently depending on whether you've selected a single survey or not.

For All View

This shows you a breakdown by survey, for example, how many views belong to Survey 1 versus Survey 2.

Single Survey View

This gives you a page-by-page breakdown of the views you received and where customers drop off within your survey.

This helps you get more from your surveys and better understand customer behaviour. Take a look at your Survey Analysis tab and put those statistics to work.
