Why £97 a month? That sounds like a lot.

£97 + VAT gets you the full platform: CRM, email and SMS marketing, bookings, funnels, forms, reviews, courses, invoicing, workflow automation and AI, all on one login. Every feature is on every tier, plus the full CRM Club membership. Nothing is gated, nothing is bolted on later.

What if I outgrow Bronze?

Upgrade to Silver or Gold any time. Takes effect immediately, no penalties. Most members start on Bronze and upgrade once they hit the AI usage or seat count limit.

Is the pay-as-you-go AI metering going to bite me?

On Bronze you pay only for the AI you use, at published rates on the usage charges page. For most light-AI businesses this works out cheaper than Silver's flat £229/mo + VAT. If you start hitting £100/mo of AI usage, you'd save by upgrading.

Is CRM Club actually included?

Yes. Every Bronze, Silver and Gold subscription gets the full Club: community, weekly live training, office hours, group onboarding, training library. Silver adds the unlimited AI bundle and a monthly group strategy call. Gold adds a priority queue on office hours and early access to new snapshots and templates.

Can I cancel?

Any time. Monthly billing, no minimum term, no cancellation fees. Your access runs to the end of the period you've paid for. No need to call us, no retention scripts. Prefer to pay yearly? Annual billing is available on every tier and gives you two months free: Bronze £970, Silver £2,290, Gold £2,990 per year + VAT.

Do I need to be technical?

No. The starter kit is deployed into your account on signup, so you have working automations and a lead-capture funnel from day one. Weekly live training walks you through the rest. Stuck? Bring it to office hours and we'll fix it on screen.

What if I'd rather you just did it for us?

The fastest route is a Build Day: your CRM planned and built with Bertie in a single day, £2,950 + VAT. If you want it fully done for you, we take a small number of those on, quoted after a short qualification. See Done-For-You Builds.

I'm on an older Ignite, Inferno or Wildfire plan. What happens?

You're grandfathered. Your pricing doesn't change. You can switch to Bronze, Silver or Gold any time. Email hello@notluck.co.uk if you want a hand working out which tier fits.
