What is included in my CRM?

Not a shared account, not a restricted version.

What is the difference between the three tiers?

The platform and community access are identical across all tiers. The differences are AI access and user limits.

Bronze (£97) gives you 3 users and pay-as-you-go AI. Silver (£229) adds unlimited AI across the whole platform, 5 users, and the AI Lab channel. Gold (£299) keeps everything in Silver and adds unlimited users, WhatsApp, and 2x monthly 1:1 support slots.

What is Ask AI?

Ask AI is a conversational interface inside your CRM dashboard. You can ask questions about your contacts and pipelines in plain English, and it takes action: send emails, generate invoices, create tasks, build workflows.

It is especially valuable during your first month. Use it to help set up your CRM, configure Voice AI agents, and build automations through conversation rather than clicking through menus. It helps you build the thing, then helps you run it.

On Bronze, Ask AI is pay-as-you-go. On Silver and Gold, it is unlimited.

What is the difference between CRM Club and your managed plans?

Different products for different needs. Our managed plans are done-for-you: we look after your account, and support is via email and phone with a direct relationship with the team.

CRM Club is a community model. You run your own account, we teach you how, and support comes from the group. If you want us to manage things for you, a managed plan is the right fit. If you want to own and operate your CRM yourself with expert guidance, CRM Club is the right fit.

Can I use this for client work?

Yes. Your account is yours to use however you like. Some members use it entirely for their own business. Others use the training to build confidence before offering CRM services to their own clients.

How does AI usage work on Bronze?

On Bronze, AI features like Content AI, Conversation AI, and Reviews AI are pay-as-you-go. Current rates here. AI Studio (the website and funnel builder) is included free on every tier while it remains in beta.

If you plan to use AI heavily, Silver makes more financial sense because unlimited AI is included in the monthly price. We would recommend trying Silver for your first month to see how much you actually use.

How do the 1:1 support slots work?

Book 15-minute slots with our automation experts. Tell us up front what you need — by the time the call starts, we're loaded into your environment and ready to go. No five-minute intros. Gold members get 2 slots per month included (use them or lose them, no rollover).

Any member can buy credit packs at a discounted rate: 4 slots for £150, 8 for £280, or 16 for £500. All packs expire after 90 days. Ad-hoc slots are £50 each.

Is there a minimum term or free trial?

No minimum term. Cancel any time from your account, no notice period. Your account stays active until the end of your billing period.

There is no free trial, but we do run a free NotLuck community where you can see how we work before committing.

Is VAT included in the prices?

No. All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT at 20% is added at checkout. This is standard for B2B digital services. NotLuck is VAT-registered.

I already have a CRM. Can I still join?

Yes. Community access is £69/mo + VAT. You get the full training library, weekly live sessions, office hours, group onboarding calls, and the community. You just will not have a NotLuck-managed CRM account. If you are already a NotLuck CRM customer on any plan, community access is included at no extra cost.

I have never used a CRM before. Is this for me?

Yes. The 2x weekly group onboarding calls are designed for people who are completely new. The starter kit means you have something working on day one. The CRM Foundations course starts from the basics. You do not need any prior experience.
