How much does a done-for-you build cost?

There is no menu price. Every build is scoped to the business, so we quote after a short qualification. Tell us what you need through the form, we come back within 2 working days, and if it's a fit we book a call that walks you through how the build process works and what it would cost.

What's the difference between a build session and a done-for-you build?

Build sessions are done with you: you and Bertie in the same (virtual) room, AI agents doing the heavy lifting, your priorities built live. The Onboarding Session is £297, a 90-minute Power Session is £750, a half-day build is £1,800 and a full build day is £2,950, all +VAT. A done-for-you build means we do the work without you in the room. We take a small number of those on, quoted after a short qualification.

Do I still need a Club subscription if you build it for me?

Yes. The build is the one-off work to configure and integrate your CRM. The monthly Club subscription (Bronze, Silver or Gold) is what runs the platform. You need both.

What if I want to build it myself instead?

Join CRM Club at £97/mo +VAT on Bronze. Starter kit deployed day one, weekly live training, group onboarding twice a week, office hours where we fix issues on screen. When you want a faster jump, the Onboarding Session (£297 +VAT) sets your foundations up with you, and completing it unlocks build sessions with Bertie. Existing Club members book sessions directly.

Can I switch from done-with-you to done-for-you later?

Any time. Plenty of members start in Club or with a build session, then ask us to take on a bigger piece of work once they know exactly what they need. You'll already understand your CRM, so the qualification is faster and the quote is sharper.
