Common Questions
Do attendees need any technical background?
No. We design sessions for mixed skill levels. Whether someone's never used AI or already builds automations, they'll get value.
What do attendees need to bring?
A laptop with internet access. We'll send a checklist before the session with any accounts to set up (usually just a free ChatGPT or Claude account).
Can we record the session?
Remote sessions are recorded by default and shared afterwards. For on-site sessions, let us know in advance and we can arrange recording.
Do I need a paid AI subscription?
Yes — for 1:1 Power Sessions you'll need a paid subscription to the tool we're training on. Claude Max (~£80/mo) for both the Claude Pro and Claude Code sessions, or ChatGPT Plus (~£16/mo) for the ChatGPT session. This ensures we can use the full features during your session. If you're not sure which to get, mention it in your application and we'll advise.
How does the application process work?
Fill in the application form telling us what you want to achieve. We review it within 48 hours, then get in touch to confirm we can deliver those outputs in a 3-hour session. Once agreed, you book a date and pay — then we'll send you a short pre-session brief.
What's the pricing?
Pricing depends on the package, group size, and whether it's on-site or remote. Book a call and we'll put together a quote based on your needs.
Can you train our trainers?
Yes! If you want to roll out AI training internally, we can do train-the-trainer sessions. Your team gets certified to deliver the content themselves.
