What platforms do you post to?
You choose your primary channel — Facebook & Instagram or LinkedIn — when you sign up. All plans include one primary channel. Additional platforms are available as add-ons at £150/month each, including TikTok (video cross-post only), X, and Threads.
Can I approve posts before they go live?
Yes. Everything is scheduled through the NotLuck CRM where you can review, comment on, and approve every post before it's published. Nothing goes live without your say-so.
What happens after the 3-month minimum?
After 3 months, you continue on a rolling monthly basis. No lock-in, no cancellation fees. Most clients stay because by that point, they can see the results.
Do I need a NotLuck CRM plan?
No. Social media management is a standalone service. The CRM scheduling tool is included as part of your package so you can review and approve content.
What if I already have content ideas?
Brilliant — we love that. Share your ideas and we'll work them into the content plan. The more you're involved, the more authentic the content feels. But if you'd rather leave it entirely to us, that works too.
How quickly can we start?
After signing up, we start with the deep dive research session. Allow 1–2 weeks for research and initial content creation before your first posts go live.
