As this is a fully bespoke, done-for-you service, we need to speak with you to understand your requirements before providing costs. After a brief discovery call, we can get cost guides to you very quickly. We offer flexible pricing plans — either a one-off setup fee or spread payments with a retainer-style support agreement. Whatever works best for your business.

Do you create onboarding videos for us?

Yes. We create custom welcome videos branded for your company — from "Welcome to the Team" introductions to policy walkthroughs and training content. We can produce them digitally, help you record your own with scripts and guidance, or embed videos you already have.

What if employees don't complete their onboarding?

The system handles this automatically. Employees who haven't completed forms or signed documents receive automated reminders. You control the escalation — after a set period, reminders can escalate to HR or line managers based on your internal policies. No one slips through the cracks.

Can we link to our existing employee portal?

Absolutely. We can include links to your existing employee portal, intranet, or HR systems within the onboarding flow. If you don't have one, we can create a simple employee portal for you as part of the system.

How long does setup take?

Typically 2-4 weeks depending on complexity. We can have a basic system live in as little as 1 week if needed. The process includes discovery, design approval, build, and training.

Can we migrate our existing employees?

Yes. We can import your existing employee data and send everyone new digital contracts. This is usually done in batches to manage the workload.

Does this integrate with payroll?

The system can export data in formats compatible with most payroll providers. Direct integrations depend on your specific payroll system.
