Is there a contract?

No. There is no contract and no minimum term. Hosting is £49.99 a month including VAT per site, and you can stop any month. The build is a one-off £950 + VAT (£1,140 including VAT).

When does my site go live?

You see it on a private preview link first, usually within 24 hours of sending us your details and always within 5 days. It goes live on your own domain once you have approved it.

Do I need to write everything?

No. Tell us about your business in a few minutes, send any photos and your logo if you have one, and we write the first draft. You change whatever you like before it goes live.

I already have a website. Can you just host it?

Most likely. Depending on the size, we can usually move it over and look after it for £49.99 a month including VAT, but we need to see it first. If it needs a rebuild, that is the £950 + VAT build.

What about my domain name?

Your domain stays yours. We connect it for you. If you do not have one yet, we will help you pick and register one.

What is not included?

With a new website and hosting: online shops, bookings and payments, a CRM, extra pages beyond four, and bigger changes than your monthly 30 minutes. Bookings, payments and the CRM come with the Ultimate Business Plan; anything else we quote separately, and only if you ask.

What is the Ultimate Business Plan?

Your website plus NotLuck CRM: every call, message, quote, booking and invoice in one place, set up for you and maintained by us, with CRM Club included. It is £97 + VAT a month (£116.40 including VAT), no lock-in, with a one-off £295 + VAT onboarding session for new customers. You can start with a new website and move up whenever you are ready.

Are the prices really including VAT?

Hosting is £49.99 a month including VAT (£41.66 + VAT), and that is what leaves your account. The build is £950 + VAT (£1,140 including VAT) and is paid once. The Ultimate Business Plan is £97 + VAT a month (£116.40 including VAT).
