Hand-coded or editable—what's the difference?
We build websites two ways: Hand-coded HTML gives you more features, better performance, and premium design (like this very site you're on). CMS-based lets you edit everything yourself but with some feature trade-offs. Most clients choose hand-coded—it's faster for us to build and looks better.
Can I edit my website myself?
With hand-coded sites, you can update your blog via Notion, but structural changes need us. The good news? Quick updates are easy—just message us and we'll make changes fast. If you anticipate frequent updates, we can put together a monthly plan that includes update time.
Do I need to pay for hosting separately?
Yes—hosting starts at £19/month (Blaze). This is separate from the one-time build cost. You can upgrade to a full CRM plan anytime, which includes the hosting.
What about my domain name?
You can use your existing domain or we can help you purchase a new one. We handle all the technical DNS setup for you.
What if I need changes after launch?
Blog updates you do yourself in Notion. For other changes, just send us a message—we turn around most requests quickly. Need regular updates? We offer monthly support plans with dedicated time for changes.
Does Blaze include a calendar?
No. Blaze (£19/mo) is website hosting only. For calendar booking and CRM features, you'll need Ignite (£49/mo) or above.
