Your NotLuck CRM account is hosted on a secure, enterprise-grade platform. As your service provider, our authorised team members have administrative capability to access your account for the purposes of:

- Technical support and troubleshooting
- Service delivery and optimisation
- Investigating issues you report
Our Commitments
- Access is limited to authorised NotLuck staff only
- We only access your account when necessary to deliver or support your service
- We will never share, sell, or use your data for any purpose other than providing your agreed services
- All client data is treated as strictly confidential
- We do not access your account for marketing, analytics, or any purpose unrelated to your service
By subscribing to the platform, you consent to this access as necessary for service delivery. If you require a record of account access for compliance purposes, please contact us and we will accommodate where reasonably possible.
