Is this onboarding with Bertie?

No. Onboarding is delivered by our onboarding team and its AI pipeline. They set up CRMs all day, so you get people who know it inside out and can get you up and running fast. Building with Bertie personally is a build session, a Power Session, a half-day or a full build day, and completing onboarding is what unlocks them.

Do you build everything for me?

No. Our onboarding team sets up the essentials with you and shows you how to run them, so you leave knowing your way around. If you want serious building done, book a build session with Bertie: pick your builds, the pre-work is staged in advance, and your priorities are built live on the day.

Why does onboarding come before a build session?
