Having a phone number for your business lets you communicate with your customers and market to them wherever you are. To protect consumers, there are rules and regulations you need to follow when acquiring a phone number.
For users outside the US and Canada, this means verifying your address and submitting documentation before you can purchase a phone number. If you tried to get a phone number and saw a message asking you to pick an address, or came across an orange icon, this article will help you through it.
