The suspension appeal process has been designed to give you greater clarity and clear steps for resolving carrier suspensions on your NotLuck CRM phone account, so you can get things moving faster.

If your messages have been failing due to a phone suspension, start by opening the Phone Number settings in your account. You'll see a banner in the Manage Numbers tab confirming the suspension and prompting you to complete a submission appeal form to lift it.

Click the "Submission Appeal Form" button. This opens a dedicated "Suspension Appeal Form" modal, which collects essential information such as your contact details, opt-in information, and relevant compliance links (for example, your Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions). Take care to fill in every field accurately as only two attempts are allowed for account reinstatement.

Once you've submitted the form, a member of the compliance team will review the information and follow up with further guidance.
