If you manage payments from multiple sources, the Payments section in your account includes filtering and sorting tools to help you stay organised and efficient. Keeping all your orders in one place improves visibility and makes financial oversight much simpler.
To import your orders, prepare a CSV file and upload it directly to your account. This guide walks you through each step.
How It Works
Begin by opening the Orders tab in the Payments section, then clicking the "Import as CSV" button.
Next, click Download Sample CSV file. This gives you a template to organise your data before importing. It is also worth reviewing the import guidelines to avoid any errors during the process.
For example, currencies should be entered using ISO three-letter codes (e.g., use USD instead of the dollar symbol $).
Once your file is ready, upload it by dragging and dropping it into the designated area, or clicking the hyperlink to browse and select the file.
📌Note: The maximum allowed file size is 5 MB, and multiple files should be uploaded individually.
Next, click Upload & Preview to continue. If there are any issues in the file, you will be prompted to resolve them before proceeding.
A preview of your orders will appear. Review the column headers and check the data for accuracy. If anything looks off, click Cancel to make the necessary corrections. Once everything looks correct, click Import Orders.
The import will begin straight away, and you can track its progress in the pop-up modal. You can close the window at any time; a confirmation email will be sent once the import is complete.
Your orders will now appear in the list, sorted in descending order by order date. These entries will count towards your total revenue and will be reflected in the relevant dashboards and reports.
For each order in the CSV file, a corresponding transaction record will also be created automatically and linked to the order. If customer details are included in the CSV, new contacts will be created where needed, or orders will be associated with existing contacts based on the information provided.
