The Orders tab shows all customer purchases completed through the system, whether on a Store page or a 2-step order element on a funnel. It gives you a central place to manage fulfilment and keep customers happy.

Order Information
The basic order information is always on display and includes:
- Customer: This is the name of the contact saved in the system. Clicking it will redirect you to the contact card.
- Source: The page where the purchase was completed.
- Items: The total number of items included in the order.
- Order Date: The date and time the order was placed, in your timezone.
- Amount: The total value of the order.
- Status: This tag indicates the order's progress, helping you track next steps.
You can search for an order using its details, such as order ID, source, or customer.
To access the details of an order, click the three-dot icon next to it and click View Order. This will redirect you to the order's information and fulfilment centre.
Click the downward-pointing arrow to export your order information as a CSV file.
Importing Previous Orders
To bring in orders made outside the CRM, or to migrate from another system, use the Import as CSV option.
Upload your CSV file, then click "Upload & Preview."
We recommend downloading the sample CSV to use as a template. Once you've uploaded your file, review it and click "Import Orders" to begin importing.
All imported orders are automatically marked as completed, and a linked transaction record is created. You can edit these orders after the import if needed.
This section helps you manage customer orders and product stock from one central point, keeping fulfilment straightforward and helping you close more deals.
