Share the sensitive stuff, then make it disappear
A children’s-activity provider had to send staff vetting documents to schools. Email and shared drives leak: copies linger, get downloaded and re-shared. We built a share that seals the documents, expires the link and destroys the content when it is done.
Once a copy is out, you can’t claw it back
Schools needed to see DBS checks, right-to-work and ID for the staff coming into their buildings. Sent as an email attachment or a shared-drive file, those documents get downloaded, cached and forwarded. You can revoke the original link, but that does nothing about the copies people already hold, and you have no record of who saw what.
Before
- Sent as email attachments or shared-drive files
- Copies downloaded, cached and re-shared beyond reach
- No record of who opened what, or when
- Revoking the link couldn’t recall copies already taken
- A standing data-protection risk on every share
After
- Only the chosen documents are sealed into one PDF
- The link expires on a timer you set
- Content is destroyed at expiry, not just hidden
- Every view is logged against the share
- A defensible audit trail for data protection
Pick, share, self-destruct
Choose which documents to include, generate the secure link, then watch the content destroy itself when the timer runs out.
A simplified illustration. School and documents are invented.
Five steps, and nothing is left behind
Pick exactly what to share
You choose which documents go in the pack, so a school sees the DBS check and nothing it has no business seeing.
Snapshot to a sealed PDF
At the moment of sharing, the chosen documents are flattened into one sealed PDF. It is a snapshot, not a live link into your files.
Share a link that expires
The school gets a tokenised link with a clock on it. You decide how long it lives, from a few hours to a few days.
Destroyed at expiry, not just hidden
When the timer runs out the content is destroyed, so there is nothing to recover and nothing left to leak. The link simply stops being a document.
Every view logged
Who opened the pack, from where and when, all recorded against the share, so you can show exactly what happened if anyone ever asks.
Other systems, other industries
A window-cleaning firm was losing jobs to missed calls. We gave them an AI agent that answers, prices the work and follows up on WhatsApp, day or night.
A fire-safety firm tracked compliance deadlines by memory. We built a CRM that watches every certificate and chases the renewal before it lapses.
An HR firm onboarded staff by hand across email and WhatsApp. We built a pipeline that issues contracts, gates ID uploads and gives managers oversight without access.
