Collecting feedback helps you understand your audience and improve how you reach them. The form element lets you embed forms directly into your email campaigns, giving recipients a more interactive experience.
Key Features of Forms
- Direct Integration: Embed feedback forms, including NPS, ratings, and like/dislike surveys, within your email campaigns.
- Comprehensive Tracking: All submission details are accessible in the campaign statistics section, helping you monitor engagement and sentiment.
Adding Feedback Forms in Email Campaigns
Access Email Campaigns
Navigate to the Email Campaigns section of the CRM to begin.
Here you can create a new campaign or click a drafted campaign from your list to access its editor.
Add a Form Element
Insert a form element into your email to collect feedback.
Choose the feedback type you wish to include (e.g., NPS, ratings, like/dislike), or select the "Your Other Forms" option to integrate a form you created in the CRM.
Customise Your Form
Design your form by customising its appearance and settings using the rich text editor and the form settings on the left-hand side of the builder.
Enter a name in the Title field, which will appear in the submission tab of campaign statistics.
If applicable, set up a custom success page to redirect respondents after form submission.
📌 Note: For user-built forms, the existing On Submit configurations will remain in effect and the Success Page URL field will not be displayed.
Launch Your Campaign
Once your form is set, send or schedule your email campaign.
Monitor and Analyse Feedback
Access the Campaign Statistics from the campaign's action menu to track responses.
Within the Submissions tab, you can view all form submissions received from the email, with the option to export respondent lists for further analysis.
Interactive, user-friendly forms help boost response rates and provide actionable insights through detailed analytics on contact sentiment and campaign performance.
📌 Note: This feature is currently available only for email marketing campaigns.
