Your Sites Analytics Dashboard helps you track key metrics for your funnels, websites, QR Codes, Forms, and Surveys. It gives you a clearer picture of your page views, conversion rates, and more. With these insights, you can spot what's working, identify what needs improvement, and make informed decisions to strengthen your online presence.

You can find the Analytics Dashboard by navigating to Sites in the left sidebar and selecting Analytics.

Source

Click the Source drop-down menu to choose the data asset you wish to analyse.

📌Note: The External Tracking option appears in the dropdown only when the tracking script is connected.

By selecting the dropdown to the right, you can view data for all associated pages or choose a specific asset to view.

Date Picker

Select a date range with the date picker to view analytics within your chosen time frame.

Advance Filter

Narrow results using available dimensions like country, channel, page title, referrer, and more.

Metrics for Funnels or Websites

  • Page Views: You can see how often your funnel/website was visited. You can also see data on unique page views.
  • Opt-ins: This shows you the number of conversions in your funnel/website, whether that's from submitting a form, booking an appointment, or purchasing a product.
  • Sales: Total revenue generated by your funnel or website.
  • Opt-in Conversion Rate: This is your opt-ins divided by your unique page views.

Aside from the numbers in the metrics section, you can also see a graph view below.

  • Average Time on Site: Shows the average amount of time users spend on your site during the selected date range, calculated as total time spent by all users divided by the total number of sessions.

📌Note: For longer periods, the average time will be separated into larger intervals.

  1. Average Time: Displays the overall average time users spend per session across the selected date range.
  2. Bounce Rate: Shows the percentage of sessions where users leave the site within the first 30 seconds after landing.

Page Viewing Behaviour

  1. Page Views: Here, you can see the list of your funnels/websites and a chart that shows how much traffic they are attracting.
  2. Top Browsers: See the top 10 browsers your visitors use. Identify trends with usage percentages to optimise your site based on audience preferences. Avoid compatibility issues by understanding where your traffic is coming from.
  3. Top Client IPs: Track the top 10 IP addresses accessing your site. This helps you identify unusual traffic patterns, whether it's a loyal user returning or suspicious bot activity.

Top Visits: Instantly see which countries, states, or cities drive the most traffic to your site with a global heatmap view. Here, you can identify trends and optimise marketing strategies based on high-traffic regions, and detect unusual spikes in traffic to determine if they're organic growth or unexpected surges.

Acquisition Data: Monitor which channel or source (platform) is driving the most new visitors, giving you a daily view of surface growth, drops, and seasonality.

  1. Average Time: Represents the average percentage of the video watched per viewer, providing a clear view of overall engagement depth rather than just time spent.
  2. Drop-off Spike: Shows the percentage of viewers who stop watching at specific points in the video, making it easy to pinpoint where major audience drop-offs occur.
  3. Video Play: Tracks the number of times the video is started, giving clear visibility into how often visitors engage with the content.
  4. Video Pauses: Shows how frequently viewers pause the video.
  5. Completion: Measures the percentage of viewers who watch the video through to the end, providing a direct indicator of content retention and performance.

These insights can also be viewed in the Video Engagement chart, which shows the number of users who have progressed through various segments of the video.

Traffic By Device Type: Quickly view traffic distribution across mobile, desktop, and tablet users. Hover and click for real-time insights, identify trends, and optimise your site for all screen sizes.

Metrics for QR Codes

View the total number of QR code scans and the count of unique scans in the graph displayed for the selected time frame.

The Analytics are further summarised to display each QR code's name, type (e.g., Website or Review link), and the number of scans.

Metrics for Webinars

Webinars have features similar to funnels/websites, with the main difference being Page Views, Registrations, and Recurring interactive selectors.

  • Page Views: You can see how often your webinar was visited. You can also see data on unique page views.
  • Registrations: This shows you the number of individuals who have registered for an event.
  • Recurring: Shows the total registrations across all sessions for recurring webinars.

Recurring

Since the Page Views and Registrations sections' tiles are similar to the Funnels/Websites view, let's dive into the Recurring section.

  1. Total Registrations: The total number of users who signed up for the webinar, reflecting overall interest and reach.
  2. Total Attendees: The number of registered users who actually joined the live session, showing real participation levels.
  3. Repeat Attendees: The count of users who have attended more than one session, indicating audience loyalty and sustained interest.
  4. Avg Attendance: The average number of participants present across sessions, providing insight into consistent engagement levels.
  5. Avg Conversion %: The average percentage of attendees who completed a defined goal (such as a signup, purchase, or form submission), measuring the webinar's effectiveness.
  6. Sessions: The total number of webinar events or broadcasts conducted within the selected time period.

Metrics For Blogs

  • Page Views: You can see how often your blog was visited. You can also see data on unique page views.
  • Number of Published Blog Sites: This counts the total number of sites you have created under blogs.
  • Number of Published Posts: This counts each post you've made under any of your created blog sites.

  • Page views graph: Here, you can visualise how often your blog page was visited and data on unique page views.

  • Device breakdown: Quickly view traffic distribution across mobile, desktop, and tablet users.
  • Number of blogs imported: Quickly view the distribution between manually created and imported blogs.

Metrics For Forms and Surveys

  • Total Views: This displays the total number of times your form or survey has been accessed.
  • Responses: This shows the number of completed submissions.
  • Average Time: Tracks the average time users spend filling out the form or survey.
  • Completion Rate: Calculates the percentage of users who complete the form compared to those who start it.

Aside from the numbers in the metrics section, you can also see a graph view below, as well as a breakdown of the Form Name, when it was Last Updated, and the Total Views.

Metrics for External Tracking

If you have external tracking set up, you can view data for your domains, pages, or forms by choosing the option from the respective dropdown.

Navigate each section as you would for forms/surveys/funnels/websites.

With Analytics for Sites, you can easily navigate your data, spot trends and patterns quickly, without having to collect your data manually.
