Can I use this for client work?

Yes. Your account is yours to use however you like. Some members use it entirely for their own business. Others use the training to build confidence before offering CRM services to their own clients.

How does AI usage work on Bronze?

On Bronze, AI features like Ask AI, Content AI, Conversation AI, Voice AI and Reviews AI are pay-as-you-go. Current rates here. AI Studio (the website and funnel builder) works the same on every tier, with a credit included each month and pay-as-you-go beyond that.

If you plan to use AI heavily, Silver makes more financial sense: it includes more users, a monthly group strategy call, and WhatsApp API alongside the AI bundle. We would recommend trying Silver for your first month and seeing how the platform fits your workflow.

How do the build sessions with Bertie work?

You pick the builds that matter most from a modular menu, the pre-work is staged programmatically before the day, and then you and Bertie build your top priorities live. The day is time-boxed; anything that does not fit becomes the agenda for your next session. To calibrate: a Power Session can ship a comprehensive website with blog, contact form, automations and the CRM set up; a half-day covers a more extensive site plus the systems behind it; a full day covers the whole operation.

Is there a minimum term or free trial?
