Why pay for a custom CRM build?

Because a CRM only pays off when it's set up properly. Most CRM companies dump you in a blank account and say "good luck". We build it with you: an Onboarding Session gets your foundations live, then build sessions with Bertie ship the rest in hours, with AI agents doing the heavy lifting. You learn the system as it gets built.

What about my existing data?

We migrate it. Contacts, deals, email lists. Part of the setup package, not extra. Your data comes with you - we won't leave you manually re-entering 500 contacts.

What if it doesn't work for my business?

Book a demo first. We'll look at your specific setup and tell you straight if this will work. We'd rather have that conversation before you buy than deal with refunds after.

Can I try before I buy?

We don't do free trials - too many tyre-kickers who never actually implement. Book a demo instead. We'll show you exactly how it works for your business, answer all your questions, and you'll know if it's right before any money changes hands.

What if I get stuck after setup?

You get 30 days of email support, plus lifetime access to our video library and the CRM Club community, with weekly live training and office hours where we fix things on screen. Need more hands-on help later? Book a build session and we'll sort it together.

What about monthly fees?

Build sessions are one-off: a £297 Onboarding Session, a £1,800 half-day build, or a £2,950 full build day (all +VAT). Monthly platform fees start at £97/month +VAT for the Bronze plan. SMS, WhatsApp, and AI use a wallet system on Bronze (pay for what you use). Silver includes extra seats, a monthly strategy call, and WhatsApp API. Is this actually better than [my current CRM]?

Depends. If you're currently using 5+ tools and manually copying data between them, yes. If you're on Salesforce Enterprise with 50 users and custom integrations, probably not. Book a demo and we'll give you a straight answer.
