The Product Started trigger lets you monitor when a customer begins accessing a product, automatically starting a workflow to improve their experience and keep operations running smoothly. The trigger fires as soon as a customer starts a specific product.

Adding the Product Started Trigger

To set up the Product Started trigger, click Add New Trigger, search for it, and select Product Started from the available options.

Filters

Select Product

You can customise the trigger further by adding filters. Select Product from the Standard Fields section of the dropdown, choose your operator ("Is any of" or "Is none of"), then pick the specific product from the third dropdown.

Add more products by clicking the Add Filter button.

Once you've selected all your filters, save the trigger using the Save Trigger button in the bottom right corner.

📌NOTE: You can Add Actions to the workflow that suit your desired automation.

Publish and Save the workflow to activate it.

With this trigger in place, you can monitor and manage product access effectively, keeping the process smooth and improving the overall customer experience.
