Six steps. Three of them are yours.

We prepare the scope and the setup before building, so the time together stays focused, and we flag missing access, approvals and dependencies early. Here is the whole journey, and whose move each step is.

    We draw the Map

    A private page, usually within two working days: what we will build, how the pieces connect, and which items are green (promised), amber (bonus) or red (parked on purpose). Plain English, no design, no fluff.

    You approve it

    Comment on any line, ask questions on the page, move things between green and amber. Nothing gets built and nothing gets paid until you approve the Map.

    Your free onboarding call

    An hour with our CRM specialist before the day. Your phone number, WhatsApp, email domain and calendar get connected, and our standard set of automations is installed and switched on. The day starts building at nine instead of hunting for passwords.

    The day

    In at nine, out at five. Bertie builds the list live, you make the decisions as they come up, and we test every piece on your own phone before you leave.

    Review, then look after it

    A review link with a thumbs-up or a comment box under every piece, pins you can drop on the site itself, and a seven-day snag window. After that, CRM Club support or a retainer keeps it moving.

Why a day and not an hourly rate?
Because you can budget for a day. You know the price before we start, you know what is promised because you approved the Map, and nobody sends you an invoice for the bit that overran. If the clock beats us, we finish the greens at no extra cost.
Is the Map free?
Yes. We would rather you saw the plan before you paid for anything. You pay for the day once you have approved it.
What if my job does not fit in a day?
Then it becomes a run of days, each at the same price, booked a few at a time. Big projects change shape once building starts, so we map and price the first few days, build them, and map the next few from what we learnt. You are never locked into the whole thing.
Are the planner hours a quote?
No. They are a guide from our own build logs, set on the generous side so the day underpromises. The Map is where the real list gets fixed, and the price of the day does not move.
What do I pay every month?
Everything we build lives in your own NotLuck CRM, from £97 a month + VAT with hosting and CRM Club included. Retainers are optional on top. Compare the plans.
What is The Partnership?
Our top retainer, £11,995 a month + VAT: coaching that builds. Bertie brings growth strategy and ideas, and the team builds them, tested first. It is waitlist only: join with a message about the business and we confirm availability before offering a place.
Who gets a retainer place?
Businesses we can make a real difference to month after month, where Bertie will enjoy the work. We keep the number small so every retainer gets proper time. Apply with a message or a voice note and we will talk it through. Retainers are paid monthly in advance.
Online or in person?
Either. Online is a shared screen, with walkthrough guides built around your own setup afterwards. In person is easiest near Nottingham. Same day, same price.
