Product Access Granted Trigger

The Product Access Granted trigger fires when a customer is given access to a product, starting the workflow you've set up. It helps you manage and track product access in a straightforward way, keeping the experience smooth for customers without losing visibility of who has access to what.

Adding the Product Access Granted Trigger

Within the workflow builder, click the "Add New Trigger" button and select the Product Access Granted option from the available list.

Filter

To add filters to the trigger, click the "Add Filters" button.

Select Product

Choose "Select Product" from the dropdown menu. Specify the product by selecting it from the second dropdown menu.

Once all filters have been selected, click the Save Trigger button in the bottom right corner to save the trigger.

The Product Access Granted trigger makes it easier to manage who has access to what. By automating this step, you can make sure customers get a timely, consistent experience while you stay in full control of how products are distributed.
