These apply to every retainer. The prices are on the retainers page; anything agreed with you in writing on top of this wins.

Joining

Every plan is by application, and applying does not commit you to anything. Our team reads every application and usually replies within two working days.
The Partnership is waitlist only: we start with a conversation when a place opens.
Places are limited so every client gets proper time. If a plan is full, we will say so and tell you when it opens.

Paid monthly in advance by card or Direct Debit, plus VAT. The first month is paid before work starts.
One agreed monthly fee. Bigger projects are phased across months, and nothing is ever added to your bill without your say-so.
Your monthly price is fixed for the first 12 months.
Your NotLuck CRM plan, usage from your wallet (AI, calls, texts), ad spend, stock, filming days and other companies' fees are not included.

Every plan has a 3-month minimum term, because the first month is mostly setting the queue and learning the business.
After that it rolls monthly. To stop, give 30 days' notice, or 60 days on Embedded, Your Tech Team and The Partnership. You can give notice during the minimum term; the earliest end date is the end of month 3.
One pause a year, of up to a month, with two weeks' notice. A pause stops billing for that month and moves the minimum term on by the same amount.

Each plan includes what its page says, and nothing is taken from the month without asking you first.
Build time covers work in your system: automations, forms, pages, dashboards, assistants, fixes and changes. Calls and meetings are on top, never taken from your hours.
On Momentum and Priority, half of any unused hours carry into the next month only, then expire. Access hours do not carry over.
Embedded, Your Tech Team and The Partnership run one build at a time, back to back, in the order you set. A second build lane on The Partnership is £5,995 a month.
Anything bigger than your month becomes a Build Day at the published price, agreed with you first.

Anything bigger than a small change starts as a Map: a short plan you approve before we build.
Finished work is shown to you working, with a review link, before we call it done.
Retainer hours are our team building in the background. A Build Day is Bertie, live, with you in the room. They are different things, so each keeps its own price.
Scoping, building and testing come out of your hours. Calls and meetings never do.
Test before you invest. Even on a retainer we do not build for the sake of it: a new idea starts as a small test or the smallest working version, and gets built properly once it has earned it.
Every hour of build time is logged in NotForgot and summarised in your monthly report.
Turnaround is in UK working hours, Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, excluding bank holidays, and starts once the brief, access and anything we need from you are ready. Larger requests get an agreed date.
Builds live in your own NotLuck CRM. Agency plans build in your clients' accounts.

Your Tech Team is white label: we work under your brand and your client relationship stays yours.
Both sides agree not to approach each other's clients or staff for 12 months after the plan ends.
CRM Club support and training cover accounts on NotLuck's own platform, so they are not included for your clients.

Everything we built stays in your account and is yours.
During your notice period we agree what can be finished within your remaining capacity. Anything unfinished is handed over with notes.
