Offer Access Granted Trigger

The Offer Access Granted trigger automates workflows whenever a customer gains access to a specific offer. Using this trigger, you can simplify how you manage and monitor customer access to special deals or promotions, improving both the customer experience and your operational efficiency.

Adding the Offer Access Granted Trigger

Within the Workflow builder click on the "Add New Trigger" button and select the "Offer Access Granted" option from the available list.

Filter

Within the Trigger, you can configure the filters by selecting Add Filters.

Offer

Click on "Add Filters" and select "Offer" from the dropdown menu, then select the specific offer you want from the second dropdown menu.

Once the filters have been selected, click the "Save Trigger" button in the bottom right corner.
