Video Testimonials lets you collect customer video reviews through shareable, fully branded Video Collectors. Customers can record or upload a video from desktop or mobile, with no app installation required. Once submitted, videos can be reviewed internally and displayed on your website using the Review Widget.
You'll find this tab in the Reputation Management section.
Once there, you'll see three sub-sections: Overview, Video Collectors, and Responses. These tabs help you manage video testimonials.
In each sub-section, you'll see two buttons in the upper right. The Send Review Request button lets you ask a contact to share their experience, while Create Collector lets you build a new collector template.
Overview
This section is where you view and manage video collectors and customer responses.
Click the three dots next to your collector template to view and edit its details, open it in a new tab, copy its link, view collector responses, clone, or delete it.
Below your collectors, you'll see recent responses.
Click the three dots next to a response to view its details or delete it.
Video Collectors
To manage collectors independently, head to the Video Collectors sub-section. As with the Overview tab, the actions menu next to each template gives you additional options, or click the share icon to send a review request to a contact. Use the search bar to find a specific template quickly.
Responses
Responses can be filtered by collector. Search by name or manage them directly from this view.
