The Reviews section shows all the feedback you receive from customers on connected social accounts, but what about reviews from other places? This article explains how to add those reviews manually, making it easier to manage your customer sentiment in one place.

Start by clicking the Add Reviews button in the Reputation > Reviews tab.

You'll see two options: Upload CSV and Add Manually. Here's how to use both, starting with the CSV upload.

Upload CSV

Before uploading, check the file specifications and download the sample file to see how your file should be formatted.

Next, choose the platform from the dropdown. There are many options available, including Amazon, Goodreads, Yelp, and Zillow. If the platform you need isn't listed, you can add a custom one.

Finally, drag and drop your file containing your testimonials, then click Upload Reviews to load them into your review widgets.

Add Manually

If you don't have a file ready, you can add reviews one at a time in the "Add Manually" section.

Select the number of stars the customer gave as their rating.

Then copy and paste or type their review into the Testimonial field.

If the contact shared a photo and consented to it being displayed publicly, you can upload it here. Keep it between 200\*200px and up to 5mb.

Enter the customer's name and select the date of the review from the picker.

As with the CSV upload, you can choose which platform the review should be linked to, or add a custom platform if the one you need isn't available.

Upload any attachments, then submit the review.

With those simple steps, you can organise your offline and external platform reviews into one place. Managing customer reviews to get more insight into your products and services has never been easier.
