Using quick actions in your contact list, you can manage and run tasks for one contact or many at once. Here's an overview of the Quick Action buttons in the Contacts > Smart Lists section. The guides that follow go into more detail on each action.
Add Contact
Click the '+' button at the top left of the contacts page to add contact details manually.
Import Contacts
Upload contacts using the Import Contacts action.
Quick Actions
Once you've selected one or more contacts, you'll see some additional actions:
Export Contacts
Download contacts to your device for offline access using the Export Contacts feature.
Trigger Automation
Use the Trigger Automation button to add selected contacts to Workflows.
Send Email
The 'Send Email' button lets you send an email to one contact or several at once.
Add Tag
Add tags to your contacts with a single click.
Delete Contact
Select the contacts you want to remove and click 'Delete Contact' to keep your list clean and accurate.
