If you want to remove contacts from a Private Channel based on certain criteria, you can use the Revoke Private Channel Access action within workflows. This action lets you automate the removal of users from private channels, keeping access control accurate and up to date.
To get started, navigate to the Workflows section in your account. Create a new workflow or select an existing one from the Workflow list to open its editor and set up the necessary workflow trigger (if needed).

Click the "+" sign to add a new action.

From the Workflow Actions list, find and select the Revoke Private Channel Access action to start configuring it.

Give the action a clear, descriptive name in the Action Name field so it's easy to identify later.

From the Group dropdown, select the group associated with the private channel. Once you've chosen a group, the Private Channel field will populate, letting you select the relevant channel from the list.

Select the relevant private channel from the dropdown. Make sure you choose the correct option to avoid accidentally revoking access to the wrong channels.

Confirm your selections and click the "Save Action" button to add the action to your workflow.

Automating this process improves accuracy, reduces manual effort, and ensures your community or team members' access rights are updated promptly.
📌 Note: Any user removed from a private channel will lose access to its content and communications immediately.
