Course Revoke Offer Action

The Course Revoke Offer workflow action removes a contact's access from a particular course product. It's especially useful when contacts need to be removed from a product after gaining or losing access to another related product or offer.

Relevant triggers for this include "Offer Access Granted/Removed," "Product Access Granted/Removed," and "Tag Added/Removed." Pick the trigger that best fits your needs from the Triggers list. The action isn't limited to these triggers, though.

To get started, click the + symbol to add a new workflow action and select Course Revoke Offer from the list.

Action Name

Rename your workflow action if needed.

Offer

Select the offer from the drop-down menu for which you want to revoke contact access in this workflow.

Review your choice, then click Save to add the action to your workflow.

With those steps, you can automate the removal of contacts from an offer once the trigger criteria are met.
