Keeping an eye on your Groups helps ensure all members feel comfortable and your guidelines are being followed. Some situations need immediate attention though, and you may not always be able to step in manually. Here's how to use workflows to remove unwanted contacts from your Membership Groups.
Setting the Workflow
Navigate to the Workflows tab inside the Automation Section and create or edit a workflow.

Add the relevant trigger(s), then click the plus icon to add a new workflow action. Locate and select "Revoke Group Access."

Use the dropdown menu to select the group you want to remove the contact from.

Click "Save Action" to finish.

Add any extra actions you see fit, such as a note on why they were removed, and you're done. This keeps your communities safe and healthy, so you can remove trolls, bullies, and other unwelcome members as soon as they breach your terms of service.
