Points are central to your community gamification, helping members move up in rankings and gain levels on the leaderboard. By default, members receive these points when their posts get likes or responses, which encourages interaction. To reward members for activities outside the community, you can use the Grant Community Group Leaderboard Points Action.

How To Set It Up?

Navigate to the Workflows tab inside the Automation section and create or edit a workflow to open the builder.

Make sure you have a trigger set for your workflow. For this example, we'll use Form Submitted, though you can use this action to reward members for purchases, timely payments, or social media interaction.

Click the plus sign icon to add an action and select the Grant Community Group Leaderboard Points Action.

Select the group and total points to award, then save the action.

That's it. Set up the rest of your workflow as normal and save.
