Collecting payments is a core part of running a business. As well as invoices, you can request payments directly from a conversation using Quick Payment Links, without needing to create an invoice first.
Requirements
To receive payments and use Quick Payment Links, make sure you've connected Stripe. Go to the Payment Integrations section in your account and connect the integration.

How To Use It?
Once you've connected your payment provider, go to the Conversations tab and choose the contact you'd like to send the payment link to.

Choose a channel to send the payment link. In this example, we're using SMS.

Click the dollar icon to request a payment.

Once the pop-up opens, fill in a few details.
- Select the product from the drop-down menu.
- Once selected, the price will appear automatically; you can update the amount and currency by entering a new figure and selecting from the available options.
- Add a discount or include tax, then view the subtotal.
- The Total Amount shows the final figure your contact will see.
- Choose the date by which the payment should be made.
- Make sure the Live option is turned on to collect real payments. If it's off, clients will be prompted to enter test card details and could access your products without making an actual purchase.
- Once you've finished editing, click to copy the link and mark it as sent.

You're now ready to send the payment link. Edit the message that goes with it to personalise the interaction.

Once you've edited your message, click Send.

This lets you keep customers engaged and process payments for products or services quickly and easily, keeping things convenient for everyone.
📌Note: When using a quick payment link, an invoice is automatically generated.
