WhatsApp lets you communicate with your clients in real time. It works similarly to SMS and Facebook Messenger, with high visibility, quick response times, and interactive messaging. You can keep track of these conversations in your Conversations section; they're identifiable by the green icon.

After opening the conversation, select the WhatsApp tab to set it as your sending channel.

You can write your WhatsApp messages much as you would in Facebook Messenger, including adding links or images.

Using the $ sign icon, you can request payment directly through WhatsApp with a payment link, making it easier for your customers to pay and keeping your transactions tidy.

You can also use one of your WhatsApp templates by clicking the notebook icon.

Once your message is ready, click Send to contact your client straight away, or click the down arrow to schedule it for later.

When scheduling, you can select a time up to 24 hours from the last inbound message received from the customer.

You can also send voice notes by clicking the microphone icon; the maximum duration is 10 minutes.

Just like with Facebook and Instagram messages, the contact needs to have sent you a message in the last 24 hours for you to be able to reply via WhatsApp. Beyond that, it works the same as any short message; you can include links, media, and custom values to spice up your text and maximise your responses!
