Forms make it easy to collect information about prospective customers, helping you build rapport and access the details you need. Follow these steps to keep that information close to hand.

Prerequisite

When creating a form, head to the Settings tab and enable the "Create Conversation on Submission" option.

Viewing Submissions

Navigate to Conversations and open a conversation tied to a contact who submitted a form.

To narrow things down, you can filter your results.

Select "Last Message Channel Is Form Submission," then click Apply.

Locate the form submission card/message within the thread, then click "View submission" to expand and view full submission details.

This will open the form submission as a pop-up in the conversation view.

If you'd like to see all submissions your form has received, click "View all form submissions" to open it in a new tab.

You can now access and review form submissions directly within Conversations, keeping a unified view of contact interactions without switching tabs.
