Affiliate marketing is a cost-effective way to increase brand awareness, loyalty, and recognition. Having a clear process in place is key to improving profit and smoothing out your onboarding. To help, we'll walk through the "Affiliate Created Trigger", which fires when an affiliate is added to the CRM.
Adding Your Trigger
You can find this trigger in the Affiliate section of your workflow triggers. To add it, click "+ Add New Trigger" and select it.

Workflow Trigger Name
Update the name that will be displayed in the builder.

Narrowing The Reach
Define which contacts should be added to the workflow by setting filters based on your desired criteria. To add them, click "+ Add Filters."

This trigger is only compatible with Custom Fields, which you can add by opening the drop-down menu and searching for them from the lists.

Once you're happy with your selections, click "Save Trigger" to apply your changes.

Add your actions as normal, then save your workflow. Using this trigger lets you reach affiliates straight away as they enter the CRM, leading to smoother communications, better onboarding, and a stronger return on your affiliate campaigns.
