The Product Completed trigger fires when a customer finishes their access to a specific product, starting a designated workflow. This automation lets you keep track of product completions so no milestone gets missed.
Adding the Product Completed Trigger
To set up the Product Completed trigger, click "Add New Trigger" and select the Product Completed option.

📌NOTE: This runs when access to a product is completed.
Filters
Inside the trigger, add filters by clicking Add Filters.

Product
You can refine this further by selecting Product from the first dropdown, choosing an Operator from the second, and picking the specific product from the third.

Once you've set your filters, click Save Trigger in the bottom-right corner to save.
