The Category Completed workflow trigger fires when a contact enrolled in a membership product completes a category within that product. To use it, click the Add New Workflow Trigger option in the workflow builder and choose Category Completed from the available options.

Update the name that will be displayed in the builder.

Filters

Use filters to control which contacts are added to the workflow based on your chosen criteria.

Product

Select Product from the Filters dropdown to specify which product should trigger the workflow. Choose your operator, then select the product or products from the dropdown.

Category

If you've selected a single product, you can also filter by category. Add another filter and choose Category from the list. You can set it to Is any of or Is none of, then select the relevant product category.

📌 Note: To filter by category across multiple products, you'll need to add separate triggers to the workflow, as the Category filter is only available when a single product is selected.

Once you're happy with your selections, save the trigger to your workflow.

By using this trigger, you can track progress through product categories and set up the right actions in response, making it easier to manage the overall flow.
