The Task Completed Trigger starts your workflow when a task is marked as completed by a user. It works with recurring tasks and tasks assigned to a specific user, helping you manage internal processes and keep the customer journey moving once a task is done. Here's how it works.
Using the Task Completion Trigger
Create a new workflow by selecting + Start from Scratch.

Set your Trigger as "Task Completed" by adding a new trigger.

Applying filters
Click + Add Filters to narrow down the tasks that will trigger the workflow.

The main filter is Assigned User, which lets you limit which user's tasks trigger the workflow.

Select an operator for your filter. Your options are:
- Is: Limits the workflow trigger to a specific user.
- Is empty: Only triggers the workflow when there's no assigned user.
- Is not: Excludes tasks assigned to a specific user.
- Is not empty: Only triggers the workflow when there's an assigned user.

Once you've added the filters, click Save Trigger.

Add any actions you want the workflow to follow, then click Save at the top right corner.

This trigger lets you follow up with customers and keep track of whether your team is completing their assigned tasks, without needing to constantly check the Tasks Tab, improving efficiency and keeping your operations running smoothly.
