The Private Channel Access Revoked trigger lets you automate actions whenever a user loses access to one of your Community Private Channels, such as sending follow-up emails, notifying team members, or revoking their access to another channel.
To get started, go to the Workflows section in your account, then open an existing workflow to edit or create a new one.

Select Add New Trigger. This will display the trigger list; locate and select the Private Channel Access Revoked trigger.

Update the trigger name in the Workflow Trigger Name field to reflect its intended purpose clearly.

In the Filters section, choose an Operator from the dropdown menu. If you select the "Is" or "Is Not" operator, choose the relevant Community Group when prompted.

📌 Note: Please ensure the selected group includes at least one private channel. If no private channels are available within the group, the workflow will not be successfully registered.
You can also apply additional filters to target specific private channels, if needed.

Save the trigger and begin adding actions to your workflow.

With these steps in place, you can manage workflows tied to private channel access across your community.
📌Please Note: Any user removed from a private channel will lose access to its content and communications immediately.
