The Course Grant Offer action gives a contact access to a course once they meet certain criteria, such as purchasing a product, completing another course, or filling out a form. Read on to learn how to configure it.

Adding the Course Grant Offer Action

Start by opening the relevant workflow from the Automation > Workflows section of your account.

Click the + symbol to add a new workflow action, then choose Course Grant Offer.

Action Name

Optionally, update the name of the action to reflect its function and purpose.

Offer

Select the offer from the drop-down menu that you want to grant the contact access to within this workflow.

Once you've selected the offer, click the Save button in the bottom right.

This action lets you automate the process of granting customers access to a course without any manual steps.

✍️Important Notes

If you have enabled the Welcome email and Offer Access email in the Membership Settings, you will not need to add an email action to the workflow to perform the same functions.
