The Reviews AI Agents feature is key to streamlining your review management workflow. It lets you maintain brand consistency with natural, engaging AI-powered review replies and saves time as the AI crafts dynamic responses, freeing you to focus on growth. With customisable tones and response styles, you can tailor the Reviews AI Agent to suit your specific needs.

Head to the Reviews AI Settings to get started.

The Reviews AI Agents table shows all the agents created in your account. Click the "+ Create Agent" button to add a new one.

Next, choose a template or set the agent up from scratch. This guide walks you through the from-scratch option.

Give the agent a name so you can easily identify it in the table (1), then provide an overview of the response style, objective, and desired length. Select up to two tones to guide the responses (3).

Once that's done, select the agent's primary language and choose your preferred language mode: enable dynamic language to match the language of the review comment, or set all replies to use the selected language (4). Then choose the sources (5) and types of reviews (6) to consider, and add a footer for each reply (7).

Finally, generate a preview of the agent's response to review and refine the configuration as needed before saving your changes.

Once you're happy, click save to keep your changes.

Your Reviews AI Agent is now active and will automatically respond to reviews that match your selected criteria using the configured style and tone. You can create multiple AI personalities, assign them strategically, and ensure every reply strikes the right tone.
