Customising your email templates for recurring review requests helps personalise your outreach, keeps your communications consistent, and builds stronger relationships with customers.

Customising Recurring Email Templates
Navigate to the Email Review Requests section within your Reputation Settings to begin.

Make sure that Email Review Requests is enabled as shown below, then set "Maximum retries" to a value greater than 1 to allow multiple follow-up attempts.

A preview of your templates will appear in the "Choose email templates for your email requests" section. You can select a different template for each follow-up by clicking "Set Email Templates", or build a new one from scratch by clicking "Create New". The email builder will open as an overlay, so you can edit without losing your place.

Create New
Select Create New Template (1) to start from scratch, or Import from Template Library (2) to pick an existing template to edit.

If you're importing from the library, wait for it to finish loading before moving on.

Drag and drop email elements into the builder to customise the design and content so it fits your brand. Remember to rename your template, save your changes, and preview it before publishing.

Set Email Templates
Clicking "Set Email Templates" opens a modal with template options based on the number of retries you've set.

Choose from a library of professionally designed templates suited to different scenarios, or select one you've already created from the dropdown. Then set the Subject line for each recurring email to keep things clear and relevant for your recipients.

Save and activate your settings. Your emails will now send automatically using the selected templates.

Managing Templates
Once your templates are created and set, you can preview and edit, duplicate or refresh, or discard them using the three-dot actions menu.
📌Note: The Live template cannot be deleted. To delete it, you must first reassign another template.

Using this approach keeps your communications consistent, efficient, and engaging, while helping drive better review conversions.
