Keeping communication open with your customers is key to keeping them happy. There will be times, though, when your working hours don't line up with theirs, or a message needs to go out but isn't urgent. For those moments, you can schedule messages directly from Conversations.
To use this feature, head to the Conversations section and select the contact you'd like to reach out to.
How to Schedule a Message?
Select the channel you want to send the message from.

Compose your message as normal, then click on the "Send Later" option from the drop-down.

Select the date from the calendar.

Set the time to send the message; the time selector uses the 24-hour format.

Select the time zone for the message to be sent in. By default, the system uses the contact's time zone (if available), but you can adjust this as needed.

Click Schedule, and you're done.

How to Cancel a Scheduled Message?
Click Cancel next to the scheduled message you want to remove.

A window will appear asking you to confirm the cancellation. Once you refresh the page, the message will disappear.

📌Note: If the scheduled time has already passed, the cancel option will not be available.
And that's it! You can now schedule messages to keep consistent communication going with your contacts whenever you need to.
