📌Note: The process varies slightly depending on your user permissions.

Resetting Your Password through "My Profile"

Head to Settings and open the My Profile section, which you'll find on the right side under General.

  1. Enter your current password.
  2. Input your desired new password.
  3. Re-enter the new password for confirmation.
  4. Click the "Update Password" button to save your changes.

Make sure your new password is secure; it must be more than 8 characters and include a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters.

Resetting Your Password through "My Staff"

If you have access to manage staff accounts, go to Settings and open the My Staff section. Click the pencil icon next to the user whose password you want to reset.

Under User Info, click the Forgot Password option; this sends an email to the user so they can set a new password.

To change the password directly, open Advanced Settings, type in a new password, then click Save.
