The dashboard is the first thing your team sees when they log in. It gives an overview of the account and everything going on inside it. This can sometimes mean sensitive information is visible to people who don't need to see it, or team members see data that isn't relevant to them. If you're a team manager or account admin, you can limit each user to seeing only the data assigned to them.

How to Limit the View?

Go to Settings and open the My Staff section. Click the pencil icon next to the user you want to edit.

Open the Roles and Permissions tab.

Open the Data Visibility menu and select "Only Assigned Data".

Click Save.

Users will now only see data assigned to them. If a widget contains data for a different team member, they'll see a "Permission Required" message instead. This keeps sensitive information private and helps your team stay focused on what's relevant to them.
