Instagram Reels are short-form video content, similar to YouTube, that help you reach a wider audience. This builds brand visibility and encourages viewers to engage with your page, your brand, and your products. You can manage your Instagram Reels alongside the rest of your short-form video content using the Social Media Manager.
How to Post?
Start by clicking "New Post" in the top right corner. Select "Create New Post." Alternatively, there's a "Create New Post" link at the bottom of your posts list.

Select Instagram as the social media platform you want to post to.

Write your caption and hashtags, or click the robot icon to use the AI tool to help with content creation. We recommend keeping the caption short, as it appears directly underneath the video.

Supported Content for Instagram Reels
To upload your video, click the camera icon. This opens your media library, where you can select an existing video or upload a new one from your files. The video must meet these guidelines:
- Suggested video size up to 1GB, with a thumbnail size of 8 MB.
- Aspect Ratio: Recommended at 9:16.
- Duration: Minimum of 3 seconds and a maximum of 15 minutes.
- Format: MOV or MP4.

The Follow-up comment lets you post an automated message after publishing.

Scroll down to Instagram options, open the drop-down menu, then select Reel as the post type.

Toggle "Share to Feed" on so your Reel is published to both the Instagram Feed and Reels tab, or off if you only want it to appear on the Reels tab.

Add the Instagram username of any co-authors you want to include.

You can preview all your content here before posting.

Once you're happy with your post, click the Post button to choose your publishing options.

After selecting the next step, you're done. Your video is ready to go. From here you can organise and maintain a consistent posting schedule, helping you grow your audience and reach new heights.
