The Form Submitted workflow trigger kicks off automatic actions whenever a form is submitted through the CRM. Whether you're sending an instant auto-reply, notifying your team, or updating records, this trigger keeps communication and follow-ups running smoothly.
📌NOTE: This only works if the form was created in your CRM.
Adding the Form Submitted Trigger
To get started, click on "Add New Trigger" and select Form Submitted.

Add Filters
To add a filter, click on the Add Filters button.

Form Is
Click the Add Filters button and select "Form Is" from the dropdown. Then in the second dropdown, select a form from the list that you'd like to use to trigger your workflow.

Terms and Conditions
Configure filters based on users who have agreed or not agreed to the Terms and Conditions (T&C). This allows for:
- User Segmentation: Helps you distinguish users based on their T&C agreement status.
- Compliance Assurance: This ensures that only users who have accepted the terms proceed in workflows.
- Customised Workflow Paths: You can tailor actions based on T&C agreement status for targeted user experiences.

This workflow trigger is great for setting up auto-replies via SMS or email to customers and notifying team members when a form is filled out that they need to follow up on.
Once you've set up your filters and reminders, click "Save Trigger" to finalise your form-submitted workflow.

📌NOTE: You can add workflow actions to automate tasks such as notifications, follow-ups, or account updates.
Once you've set up the trigger and its actions, Publish and Save the workflow to enable its functionality.

Using the Form Submitted trigger optimises customer interactions and streamlines internal processes. By applying filters like Terms and Conditions agreements, businesses can ensure compliance and create more personalised workflow automation.
