Creating emails can be time-consuming and complex, and outsourcing the work adds cost. Using premade email templates keeps things simple and saves money.
Your email templates are fully customisable and easy to find inside your account. To get to them, go to Email Templates inside the Marketing section of the CRM.

Click New and select Email Marketing Templates. From there you'll have access to the Email Template Library, where you can browse all the templates available to you.

Here you can access the Template Library within the CRM.

Filtering the Results
You can browse templates across several categories. All Templates shows everything available, My Templates shows only templates you've created or uploaded, Shared With Me shows templates other people have shared with you, System Template shows the default templates available to everyone in the CRM, and Favourites shows all your starred templates.

Sorting the Templates
Categories help you find results relevant to your business or current campaign. You can also add tags to narrow things down further.

Hover over any template and click the Heart icon to add it to your Favourites within the CRM.

You can change how results are sorted using the drop-down menu in the top right corner.

Using the Templates
Once you find a template you like, click Preview.

This opens a fuller preview with extra information about the template and its tags. If you want to use it, click Continue to download the template and open it in the email editor, where you can customise it to suit your needs. The download takes a few seconds.

📌NOTE: If the creation process was started from inside a folder, the template will be saved in that folder. Otherwise, it will appear in the general list of templates.
By using these templates, you can simplify your email marketing process, work more efficiently, and spend more time engaging with your audience and driving sales.
