The Competitor Analysis lets you compare your review information with that of your chosen competitors, making it easier to track your progress and measure your standing in the market.

Generating A Competitor Report
To get started, click + Add Competitor.

Enter your business details by searching for it or using the "+ Add a Virtual Business Manually" option.

Once added, click the pencil icon if you need to edit your business details.

Click "+ Add Competitor" next to your business to add a competitor.

In the Search Business section, enter the name of your competitor's business.

If you can't find the right result, click "+ Add a Virtual Business Manually."

Enter the Business Name (1) and Google Maps URL (2). You can also add your competitor's business address and website if you have them.

Click Add Virtual Business to finalise your entry.

Once you've made your selection, click "+ Add Competitor."

Your competitor's information will appear alongside yours for easy comparison.

Competitive Landscape Grid
This compares the most commonly used words and sentiments that appear in your reviews and your competitors' reviews.

Sentiment HeatMap
This helps you visualise the emotional landscape of user reviews, revealing the highs and lows.

Rating by Source
This section lets you compare reviews broken down by the platform where customers left them.
By using these features, you can manage your review requests, track feedback, and strengthen your online reputation, making it easier to stay ahead of the competition.
