When you select a group of contacts to add them to a workflow or send an email or SMS, the CRM creates these as bulk actions. You can monitor and manage them in the Bulk Actions section within the Contacts tab of your CRM. If no bulk actions have been created yet, this page will be blank.

Date Range
Use the date range filter to view bulk actions within a set timeframe. Select the date range you want to narrow down your results.

Bulk Action Filters
Organising your bulk actions is straightforward. There are three filters available: Status, Action, and User.
Status
Filter by status by selecting the "Status" dropdown to cycle through bulk actions based on their delivery stage.

Action
This lets you quickly find the action you're looking for without manually searching through each row. Filtering options include email/SMS, workflows, opportunities, tags, etc.

Users
To filter by user, select the "User" dropdown and choose the relevant team member.

Once you've chosen your filters, click Apply to view the bulk actions that match.
Bulk Action Table
The Bulk Action Table is where you manage and review the activity for each bulk action.
Action Label
This column shows the name of the bulk action, as set by the person who created it.

Operation
This column indicates the type of bulk action performed, such as adding contacts to workflows or sending SMS messages.

Status
This column shows the status of your bulk actions, whether they're in progress, completed, or cancelled.

User
The "User" column shows which team member scheduled the bulk action, handy for tracking activity across your team.

Created
This column shows the time and date when each bulk action was created.

Completed
This column shows the date and time when your bulk action was completed.

Statistics
Click "Show Stats" to view detailed data, then click each data point to see which contacts fall into categories like "successful" or "error." Errors can occur for reasons such as sending emails to invalid addresses or texts to incorrect phone numbers.

Actions Menu
Click the three dots beside each task to view key details about the bulk action, or pause or cancel it if it hasn't completed yet.

Click "View Details" to see the Bulk Action Card. This includes:
- Bulk action ID
- Bulk action type
- Bulk action name
- Additional details such as the scheduled start time, Mode, Elapsed Time, and added tags.

Using the filters alongside the Bulk Action Table, you can keep track of the status and performance of your bulk actions. Whether you're checking statistics or carrying out other tasks, everything you need is in one place to manage your bulk operations.

- Frequencies of 5 min: 4,999 messages per minute
- Frequencies of 6 min - 10 min: 5,000 messages per minute
- Frequencies above 10 min: 10,000 messages per minute
- Add all at once & Add all at a scheduled time:
- Less than 10k contacts: 15k contacts per hour
- More than 10k but less than 50k contacts: 6k contacts per hour
